THE WINNERS OF


The Jury of the Biennale Prize Artemisia in 2010, held Saturday, Oct. 23 at the rooms of the Mole Vanvitelliana Ancona in respect of the technical-scientific in the notice of the Competition Award Artemisia BIENNIAL 2010, at the conclusion of the evaluation work has identified (among the finalists for the Section A and Section B for the finalists) Winner of the artist Award 2010 and the artist Artemisia Artemisia Young Award winner and the other artists of the respective Special Awards winners.

For the quality of work, research and interpretation of the figure, the jury has seen fit to award the prize Artemisia 2010 ex aequo to Paolo Di Rosa Lainate, (I) and to Anila Shapalaku (born in Durres in Albania) and resident of Urbino. It 'won the Prize for Young Elena Giustozzi of Monte San Giusto (MC).

The other Special Prizes were awarded to:

Gianpiero De Gruttola , Avellino; ;
Domenico Gattuso, Saronno (Va);

Giancarlo Petrini, Loreto (An).

In view of participation in the 2010 Biennial Award of Artemisia known artists and found thick and high professionalism, even the protagonists of historical events in contemporary art, the jury awarded the Golden Plate - Special Jury Prize ; to Paola Gandolfi .

- Stefano Papetti, art historian, Professor of Museology at the University of Camerino;
- Stefano Solimani, artist, winner of the "Critics Award" to the ARTEMISIA PRIZE 2007;
- Stefano Tonti, artist and curator, Professor of Education at the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence;
